LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Learn about the leadership, core values and principles of the IDF combat units and Israel’s intelligence community through outdoor group activities based on biblical scenarios in a natural setting.

​

The workshop is guided and led by a senior veteran of the IDF and Israel's Security Services.

​

About the Workshop

The Leadership Workshop is a fun and interactive experience offering a variety of ODT exercises and leadership modules including ice-breaking activities, raft building, water drawing, sheepherding, bows and arrows, outdoor cooking and other team-building and problem solving tasks designed by a team of commanders and leadership experts.

​

Workshop Goals

  • Encourage the group and individuals to formulate visions and values

  • Develop task management and leadership skills

  • Develop personal decision-making skills

  • Build a tight-knit team 

​

All activities enhance creativity, give leadership examples, and combine group and individual learning with a lot of fun!

​

Duration 

Activities and schedules are tailor-made to the group's needs, with the length varying between 5-9 hours.

​

Location

The experience takes place in Neot Kedumim, the world's only Biblical Landscape Reserve, located halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

As a unique recreation of the physical setting of the Bible in all its depth and glory, Neot Kedumim allows visitors to see life as it was lived by our ancestors 3,000 years ago.

Neot Kedumim embodies the panorama and the power of the landscapes that shaped the values of the Bible and provided the rich vocabulary for expressing those values.
